No. There’s no pitching segment and no expectation to “sell yourself.” Sessions are facilitated so conversations stay real and respectful. If business comes up, it usually happens naturally after people have context and familiarity.
Not in the traditional “referral swapping” sense. EC is relationship-first — the goal is trust and continuity. Referrals and collaborations can happen, but they’re a by-product of people actually knowing each other over time.
