After payment confirmation, you will receive the EC Member Business Profiling Survey.
The survey helps EC understand your business, ideal customers, priorities, collaboration interests and areas where relevant support or connections may be useful.

EC will review your survey responses and prepare a personalised business profiling report.
The report summarises EC’s understanding of your business, current priorities and possible areas for further discussion.

After receiving your report, you will be invited to book a profiling session with the EC team.
During the session, we will review the report with you, clarify your priorities and better understand how you may participate within the EC community.

Once onboarding is completed, you will be connected to the EC BizConnect WhatsApp group and can begin participating in the EC community.
