Entrepreneur Circle exists because most business networking doesn’t work the way relationships actually do.
Entrepreneur Circle was formed in 2025 through the merger of two communities: All Age Entrepreneurs and ConnectHall, both rooted in years of organising corporate events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
We’d seen what worked and what didn’t. We’d watched people connect at events only to lose momentum between sessions. We’d noticed that the best collaborations came from quieter conversations that built over time, not the loudest pitches.
So we decided to try something different.
What if we stopped treating every session as a standalone event and started designing for continuity instead? What if people could show up regularly, see familiar faces, and let relationships develop naturally without the pressure to pitch or close a deal on the spot?
That question became the foundation of EC.
We didn’t set out to create another networking group. We wanted to build a circle where people could be known, not just introduced. Where conversations could continue across sessions. Where trust could compound over time, not reset every month.
Trust doesn’t happen in a single conversation. It builds gradually, through repeated interactions and shared context.
Most networking events ignore this completely. They’re designed for volume: meet as many people as possible, collect as many cards as you can. But volume doesn’t create depth. And without depth, nothing compounds.
At EC, we made a different choice. We’d rather host a smaller room with familiar faces than chase big turnout. We’d rather protect the vibe than scale too quickly.
Here’s what happens when people show up consistently:
In the first session, they introduce themselves. In the second, they skip the intro and dive into real conversation. By the third, someone asks them how that project went. By the fifth, they’re getting referrals without asking for them.
That progression only works when there’s continuity. When people see each other often enough that understanding replaces explanation. When the room remembers your story.
This is the insight that EC is built on: Continuity compounds.
Not immediately. Not transactionally. But steadily, over time, in ways that feel organic, human, and lasting.
Who’s behind it
Co-Founder: Dilynn Ho
Dilynn Ho is a community-builder and entrepreneur who believes growth happens faster when people feel supported, understood, and connected to the right circles. As co-founder of Entrepreneur Circle Pte Ltd, she brings a warm, people-first hosting style that makes conversations feel natural and useful, grounded in trust, sincerity, and shared context rather than quick pitches.
Her background blends community facilitation with real-world business and events experience, including studies at Nanyang Polytechnic (Engineering), work exposure in Prudential and the beauty and wellness space, and entrepreneurial experience co-owning a garment manufacturing business in Vietnam. This mix helps her design gatherings that feel practical, emotionally safe, and genuinely worth people’s time.
She is also a contributing author of Women Must Help Women, a collection of stories about resilience and support through life’s harder seasons. The book reflects her belief that when people, especially women, stand by one another with sincerity, they build the kind of support system that helps them move forward with strength and clarity.
Co-Founder: Sylvia Tan
Sylvia Tan brings over a decade of experience spanning global real estate investment, entrepreneurship, and community-building. From founding a digital marketing agency to advising on commercial property deals across international markets, she has worked closely with business owners and investors in environments where trust, credibility, and long-term relationships matter far more than short-term wins.
Through this journey, Sylvia saw the gap founders often face: fragmented networks, surface-level introductions, and how difficult it is to build trust that lasts beyond a single meeting. She co-founded Entrepreneur Circle to address that challenge by creating a space where relationships deepen through repeated interactions and shared context, not rushed conversations or transactional networking. At EC, Sylvia helps shape the community experience, nurtures long-term connections, and keeps the circle human, intentional, and welcoming, with a strong focus on making founders, especially women entrepreneurs, feel supported through familiarity rather than formality.
What we protect
EC works because we’ve been deliberate about what we say no to.
We’ll protect the vibe even if it means saying “not yet” to some people. We’ll turn down partnerships that don’t align with the culture. We’ll keep rooms smaller if it means conversations stay real.
This isn’t gatekeeping. It’s curation.
We look for people who:
And we’re honest when someone’s expectations don’t match what EC offers. If you’re looking for immediate referrals, pitch-heavy rooms, or one-off transactional networking, EC probably isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay.
How we run EC
Entrepreneur Circle operates on a simple recurring rhythm: regular gatherings across different formats including networking sessions, discussion circles, guest speakers, and workshops.
But unlike typical networking events, every EC session is designed as a continuation, not a reset. The same people return. Conversations pick up where they left off. Context carries forward.
We host our gatherings at locally run F&B venues, familiar spaces that encourage real conversation and support the same ecosystem we’re part of. The locations become anchors for the community, reinforcing a sense of belonging over time.
Our membership model is intentionally simple. One curated membership, designed for founders who want to participate consistently in a relationship-first community. No tiers, no status games, just shared access, continuity, and a culture that prioritises understanding before selling.
If you’ve ever felt that networking resets you to zero every time, EC was built for you.
If you believe trust is earned through familiarity, not forced through pitching, you’ll feel at home here.
If you want a place where conversations continue and people remember your context, come experience it.
We’re not trying to scale fast. We’re trying to build well, with people who value the same things we do.
Start with a session. See how it feels. And if the rhythm resonates, stay.
Because the real value of EC isn’t in attending once.
It’s in showing up again, and again, until people know your story.
Entrepreneur Circle is not about attending events.
It’s about belonging to a place where conversations continue, relationships deepen, and business grows naturally over time.
