These EC Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern applications for, payment of and participation in the Entrepreneur Circle membership programme operated by Entrepreneur Circle Pte. Ltd.
By submitting a membership application, making payment, selecting the acceptance checkbox or participating as an EC member, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Membership Terms.
Membership is intended for individuals who are aligned with EC’s relationship-first approach and who wish to participate constructively in the EC community.
Applicants must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and payment.
EC may contact an applicant to clarify information submitted in the application.
EC reserves the right to accept, decline, pause or request further information regarding a membership application where reasonably necessary to protect the community, its members or its operations.
Submitting an application or payment does not by itself guarantee continuing membership where:
Where EC declines an application after receiving payment, EC will determine the appropriate payment reversal or refund arrangement, subject to applicable law and any payment-processing charges that cannot reasonably be recovered.
The first-year EC membership fee is:

The fee is a one-time payment for the applicable first-year membership period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for the membership product selected. Any applicable taxes will be handled according to EC’s tax obligations and the information displayed at the point of payment.
Membership becomes active only after:
The membership period normally begins from the date EC confirms activation, unless EC communicates a different commencement date.
Available payment methods may include:
Online payments are generally recorded automatically after successful processing.
PayNow and other manual payments remain pending until EC verifies receipt of the funds.
Members must use the payment instructions shown at checkout and provide an identifiable payment reference, such as their registered name or email address.
EC is not responsible for delays caused by:
A payment submission or bank-transfer screenshot does not by itself constitute confirmation that funds have been received.
After payment has been verified, EC may send the member:
Members should use the same email address for their membership application and payment wherever possible.
Using different email addresses may create separate contact records or delay payment matching and membership activation.
EC may request reasonable supporting information where a payment cannot be matched to an application.
Membership benefits may include access to selected:
The exact benefits, event schedule, availability and format may change over time.
Membership does not guarantee:
All business relationships, introductions and collaborations remain subject to the independent judgment of the parties involved.
Eligible first-year EC memberships may include up to S$500 in EC Credit, subject to the rules, eligibility requirements and usage conditions communicated by EC.
EC Credit:
Unless EC states otherwise for a particular activity, EC Credit may be used to offset up to 30% of the applicable fee for eligible EC-hosted events or activities.
The remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
EC Credit cannot be claimed merely by holding membership. Its availability and use may depend on genuine participation, attendance, contribution or other eligibility conditions determined by EC.
EC may specify:
Unused EC Credit is not refundable and cannot be converted into cash when membership ends or expires.
EC may correct any EC Credit balance created through an administrative, technical or calculation error.
Membership does not automatically include free entry to every EC event, programme or activity.
Certain events or services may require:
Event dates, venues, speakers, formats and programmes may change due to operational requirements or circumstances outside EC’s reasonable control.
Where reasonably necessary, EC may:
Any refund, credit, transfer or replacement arrangement for a separately paid event will be governed by the specific terms communicated for that event.
Members are expected to contribute to a respectful, constructive and relationship-first environment.
Members must not:
Members remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any commercial arrangement with another member, speaker, supplier, sponsor or participant.
EC does not endorse or guarantee the products, services, claims, professional qualifications or conduct of individual members merely because they participate in EC.
EC may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate a membership where a member:
Where appropriate, EC may first provide the member with an opportunity to clarify or correct the matter.
Immediate suspension or termination may occur where EC reasonably considers the issue serious or urgent.
Upon termination:
Membership fees support access to the EC community, administration, onboarding and membership benefits.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by EC in writing, membership fees are generally non-refundable after membership has been activated.

A cancellation request does not automatically entitle the member to:
EC may review exceptional circumstances individually.
Nothing in these Membership Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Membership does not renew automatically unless EC clearly states otherwise and the member has authorised recurring payment.
Before the membership period ends, EC may invite the member to renew.
Renewal may be subject to:
EC will communicate the applicable renewal terms before requesting payment.
Payment of a renewal fee constitutes acceptance of the Membership Terms in effect at the time of renewal.
EC may collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes reasonably connected with:
This may include information submitted through application forms, payment forms, surveys, event registrations, communications and participation records.
EC will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data-protection requirements. Singapore’s PDPA governs organisations’ collection, use and disclosure of personal data for legitimate and reasonable purposes.
Operational membership communications may include payment confirmation, onboarding instructions, event information, account notices and changes affecting membership.
Marketing communications will be managed in accordance with applicable consent and communication-preference requirements.

Information submitted through the EC Member Business Profiling Survey may be used to help EC understand:
EC may use automated tools, including AI-assisted systems, to organise or prepare draft internal summaries based on information supplied by the member.
Such summaries:
Members are responsible for reviewing any information they provide and notifying EC of material inaccuracies.
EC is not required to make an introduction, recommendation or commercial opportunity merely because a member has completed a profile.
All rights in EC’s:
remain with EC or the relevant rights holder.
Membership does not transfer ownership of EC’s intellectual property.
Members may use materials provided to them only for their own personal or internal business purposes unless EC gives written permission for wider use.
Members must not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit EC materials without permission.
EC events may be photographed, filmed or recorded for documentation, community updates, publicity and promotional purposes.
Where reasonably practicable, EC may notify attendees that photography or recording is taking place.
Members who do not wish to be prominently photographed or recorded should inform the EC team before or during the event.
Members must not record private discussions, presentations or participants where doing so would breach confidentiality, privacy or event rules.
EC may use third-party providers for:
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
EC is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability or security of third-party services beyond what EC can reasonably control.
Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
EC provides a community and participation environment. Information shared through EC is general in nature.
Members should obtain appropriate professional advice before making significant business, legal, tax, financial, employment or investment decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, EC is not responsible for:
Nothing in these Membership Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
EC may update:
where reasonably necessary.
Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, which may include email, the EC website or member communications.
Updated terms will apply from the stated effective date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued where doing so would be unlawful.
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Members should first contact EC in good faith to try to resolve any concern informally.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties may consider mediation or another appropriate dispute-resolution process before commencing formal proceedings.
The courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable rights or remedies that cannot be excluded.
If any part of these Membership Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure by EC to enforce a provision immediately does not waive EC’s right to enforce it later.
These Membership Terms, together with any incorporated policies and specific event or offer terms, form the agreement governing EC membership.
Where a specific event, programme or offer has additional terms, those specific terms apply to that event, programme or offer. If there is an inconsistency, the more specific terms will apply to the relevant matter.
