Terms of Service

Last updated: 08 Feb 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Entrepreneur Circle (“EC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website and EC community services, including membership, communications, and events. By accessing our website, submitting a form, applying for membership, making payment, or participating in EC activities, you agree to these Terms.

1. About EC

EC is a curated community designed to support relationship-building through continuity, familiarity, and trust over time.

Organisation details:

  • Legal entity name: Entrepreneur Circle Pte. Ltd.
  • UEN: 202350752W
  • Address: Centennial Tower, 3 Temasek Avenue, #21-00, Singapore 039190
  • Email: queries@entrepreneur-circle.com

2. Scope — EC only (community layer)

These Terms apply to EC (community and membership). If EC later offers separate professional services under another brand (for example, EC Studio), those services will be governed by separate engagement terms where relevant.

3. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the authority to accept these Terms.
  • Information you provide to EC is accurate and not misleading.

4. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data. By using EC services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically (e.g., email, WhatsApp, and forms) regarding membership, events, and administrative matters.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or EC services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Membership — key principles

6.1 Membership is curated

EC membership may be curated to maintain alignment with community values and culture. We may accept, reject, or defer applications at our discretion.

6.2 Relationship-based, not outcome-based

EC exists to create the conditions for meaningful relationships through continuity. EC does not guarantee referrals, sales leads, partnerships, revenue growth, or any specific business outcomes.

6.3 Member responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, communications, and follow-through. Any agreements you make with other members are between you and them.

7. Membership fee and payment (PayNow)

Membership fee: SGD 188 per year (unless stated otherwise on the website).

At the moment, membership payment is made via PayNow QR after you submit the membership form. Membership is considered active only after we confirm receipt of payment.

  • If payment is not received within a reasonable time, EC may treat the application as incomplete and close it.
  • If you entered incorrect payment details or paid from a different account name, you may be asked to provide proof of payment.

8. Participation value (SGD 500)

Each membership includes a participation value balance of up to SGD 500 that may be used to offset fees for selected EC-hosted experiences, collaborations, or offerings during the membership period, subject to eligibility rules.

  • Non-cash, non-transferable, and not a refund or rebate.
  • No cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • May only be used for items EC explicitly designates as eligible.
  • Expires at the end of the membership period unless EC states otherwise in writing.
  • EC may adjust eligibility rules reasonably from time to time (without affecting amounts already applied).

9. Events and registration (Eventbrite)

9.1 Event details may change

Event details (venue, timing, format, speakers, agenda) may change due to operational needs. We will use reasonable efforts to notify participants.

9.2 Eventbrite and third-party platforms

Most event registrations and payments are handled via Eventbrite. Your registration may also be subject to Eventbrite’s terms and policies. EC is not responsible for outages or technical issues of third-party platforms beyond our control.

9.3 Attendance and conduct at events

EC may refuse entry or remove a participant for serious misconduct, harassment, or disruption, to protect the community and venue partners.

10. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers

10.1 Membership refunds

Membership fees are refundable within 7 days of payment only if (a) you have not attended any EC event during that period, (b) no participation value has been used, and (c) no membership benefits requiring manual set-up have been delivered. After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

10.2 Event tickets

Event ticket refunds and transfers follow the rules set on the specific Eventbrite event page. Unless otherwise stated on that page:

  • Refund requests must be made before the refund deadline shown on Eventbrite (if enabled).
  • If transfers are enabled, you may transfer your ticket within Eventbrite by the stated deadline.

10.3 Event cancellation by EC

If EC cancels an event, EC or Eventbrite (as applicable) may offer rescheduling, credits, or refunds depending on the situation and platform rules.

11. Community standards (code of conduct)

To protect a high-trust environment, you agree to:

  • Treat members, guests, and venue staff with respect.
  • Avoid harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
  • Avoid aggressive selling, pressuring, or spamming members.
  • Be honest in how you represent yourself and your business.
  • Respect confidentiality when sensitive information is shared in context.

11.1 Non-solicitation (EC is not a pitch room)

You agree not to:

  • Harvest member data for unsolicited outreach or mass messaging.
  • Use EC as a lead list or run automated marketing to members without consent.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with EC to gain commercial advantage.

Repeated or serious breaches may result in removal from events or termination of membership without refund (where permitted by law).

12. Intellectual property

All EC website content (text, branding, visuals, design, documents) is owned by EC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit EC materials without written permission.

13. Disclaimers

EC provides a community and event environment. Information shared by members, guests, or speakers is general in nature and should not be treated as professional advice. EC does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional consulting under these Terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EC will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational loss). EC’s total liability (if any) will be limited to the amount you paid to EC for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the event.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EC harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misconduct at events, false or misleading representations, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

16. Suspension and termination

EC may suspend or terminate your access to EC services, membership, or event participation if you materially breach these Terms or if your conduct harms the community. Where reasonable, EC may provide warnings before termination.

17. Force majeure

EC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., government restrictions, venue issues, internet outages, or security incidents).

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
